A game builds each lobby from the players and servers available to its matchmaking system. Choosing another region can change that pool, queue time and latency, but SBMM still runs and no region guarantees a particular skill level or match.
Pick a region in the Versus app and keep that preference with the game. Warzone and Black Ops 7 can each use a different reviewed setup without changing one another.
A distant region usually means higher latency. Route comparison shows latency, jitter and packet loss for the available options so you can weigh connection quality against region choice. The lowest sample is evidence for that test, not a promise.
The Sweat-O-Meter shows local time and activity context for each region. Use it to plan a queue window, then judge the real match and connection rather than treating the display as a live lobby measurement.

No download and no cable. You get your Versus DNS address after checkout, then change one setting on your console.
Go to Settings, then Network, then Settings.
Choose Set Up Internet Connection, highlight your network and press Options, then Advanced Settings.
Set DNS Settings to Manual.
Type the Primary DNS address you get with Versus DNS, then press OK.
Let the PS5 test the connection and start the game again.

Ping Boost
Launch week is when MW4 servers are busiest and routes are least predictable. Versus VPN measures latency, jitter and packet loss for each route before you connect, so you can tell a congested path from a bad match.
Sweat-O-Meter
Every region shows its local time and how busy it usually is, so you can see where it's early morning and where the evening grind is starting.
Easy Lobbies
74 lobby locations rated by local time, a Moderate or Strict mode and a geo-fence. They're only available for Warzone, Black Ops 7 and Modern Warfare 4.
Game library
Each game keeps its own route and region, so switching between Call of Duty titles never resets your setup.

Easy Lobbies helps you choose a region and time deliberately, which can change the server pool available to matchmaking. Results vary by game, mode, account, region and time, so it does not promise an easier match.
No. The game still runs its own matchmaking. Region selection can change the pool it draws from, but it does not disable or rewrite the matchmaking system.
Easy Lobbies does not create bots or fill a match with AI. It provides region and timing controls; the game decides who or what appears in a lobby.
Versus VPN does not modify game files, memory or inputs, but each publisher decides how its terms apply to network routing and region selection. Review the rules for the game and mode you play.
It can. Compare latency, jitter and packet loss before saving the region. If the trade-off is not acceptable, choose a closer region or keep your current path.
Yes, and it's all in the same Versus VPN subscription. The Versus VPN app is for PC. Versus DNS needs only one DNS setting on your console and no PC, set up in the app or your Versus dashboard. Versus Console VPN routes your console through a Windows PC with an ethernet cable. Other games use the Versus VPN app on Windows.
