Cookies

The session cookie keeps you signed in. When you follow a partner invite, an essential HTTP-only attribution cookie remembers the partner slug so the site can count aggregate visits and eligible sales; partners do not receive buyer email addresses or IP addresses. Local storage remembers your preferences, including your analytics choice and whether you dismissed the launch offer.

Optional Google Analytics loads only after you choose Accept analytics and may then store analytics cookies. Choose Essential only to keep it off, or reopen Privacy choices in the footer to change your choice. Account, administration and password recovery pages are excluded from analytics. The page addresses sent with our page-view events omit query strings and fragments. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in this integration.

Konto

Email, username, password hash, optional avatar, title, signature, and community reputation. The Windows app never stores this password.

Purchase and subscription records

Account records can include your product, plan, amount, currency, transaction reference, entitlement dates and invoice details. These records support access checks, billing history and support.

Aim session verification

When Aim submits a verified drill or combat session, it sends the issued run identifier and a replay of session inputs, including timing, aim, movement and action values, to the Versus server. The server replays those inputs to calculate a result. It stores the account-linked run contract, an evidence hash and the verified result receipt; eligible drill scores and rewards are linked to your account. This input replay is not a screen recording. Local practice history is separate from submitted results.

Geteilte Clips

Choosing Share in Clipper uploads the selected clip and its preview, title and game information. Your account stores the share record and its expiry. Private shares require account access; anyone with an unlisted share link can view that clip. Removing a share revokes access to its link.

Versus AI profiles

When you use the Remap profile assistant, your request, recent conversation context, the current profile being revised and the supported profile schema are sent to DeepSeek. Conversations and generated profile artifacts are saved with your account. Generating a profile does not run or apply it on your PC.

Forum

The forum is restricted to signed-in members. Threads, replies, and respect votes are stored with your account so rank progress and authorship remain consistent.

Support conversations

Opening support creates a secure, HTTP-only cookie to keep your conversation private in this browser. Assistant conversations expire after 30 days and are removed on the next support session request. Starting a new chat deletes the current assistant conversation. Signing out or changing accounts hides the previous account’s conversation.

When DeepSeek answers are enabled, your question, recent conversation context, and relevant public help articles are sent to DeepSeek to prepare an answer. The chat composer identifies when this is enabled. Email addresses are removed from the provider prompt where recognized; do not include passwords, API keys, payment details, or other sensitive information. The assistant has no access to your payment records and cannot change your account.

Sending a support ticket shares your question and the transcript you reviewed with Versus staff. The transcript becomes part of the ticket and is kept with your account, separately from the temporary assistant chat. Staff replies appear in Tickets. Closing the widget does not delete a ticket or its conversation.
